Story describing how Pinpoint Resource Group helped the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) implement a VMWare based business continuity strategy. In-person interviews were recorded and edited; the goal was to use both copy & audio to tell the story on Pinpoint RG’s website.

Background
PINPOINT Resource Group provides IT staffing and solutions (virtualization, infrastructure planning & support) and is located in Raleigh, NC.
Problem
PINPOINT needed to create promotional material describing some of their IT success stories. For their first story, we chose a disaster recovery project with the North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA).

Discussion
The interviews went well. PINPOINT staff were pleased and I was making progress on the project, but my dad was elderly and constantly needing medical attention. The project was interrupted by one of his more serious hospitalizations and never progressed past the rough draft you see below.
