Background
Mike Dilio and I were Sales Engineers in the same group at Cisco Systems. Since that time, Mike had moved on to various roles in Product Marketing at Cisco.
Problem
When tasked with providing a short professional development program for his group, Mike asked if I would share the story based sales approach I had developed.
